APPEL À CANDIDATURE
Cette année, l’École de Droit de Sciences Po accueille la Journée de la jeune recherche en propriété intellectuelle et s’associe ainsi à l’Institut de recherche en propriété intellectuelle (IRPI) pour lancer la sixième édition de cette manifestation avec le soutien de ses partenaires. À destination de tous les doctorants de la matière, en France et hors de France, la JJRPI a pour ambition de promouvoir la recherche doctorale et l’échange entre les universités.
La sixième édition de la JJRPI se tiendra le lundi 10 octobre 2022 à Paris.
À l’occasion de cette Journée, les doctorants sélectionnés présenteront leurs travaux devant un panel d’enseignants-chercheurs venus d’universités françaises et étrangères en vue d’un échange constructif et informel.
Les doctorants candidats à cette Journée devront au minimum être inscrits en 2ème année de thèse et être les auteurs de travaux en langue française.
Modalités de participation :
Vous avez jusqu’au 30 mai 2022 pour soumettre votre candidature à l’IRPI et participer à la JJRPI.
Pour ce faire, merci de nous envoyer sur l’adresse mail de l’IRPI (irpi@u-paris2.fr) un document au format Word de cinq pages maximum, comprenant :

Les candidats retenus, en dehors de ceux provenant d’Île-de-France, bénéficieront d’une participation aux frais de transport et d’hébergement à hauteur de 100 €, sous réserve de justificatifs.

The Law and Management Research Network is proud to announce that David Orozco and Soili Nysten-Haarala have joined its scientific board. They will advise the network alongside our outstanding team of experts composed of Constance E Bagley, Gerlinde Berger-Walliser, Robert Bird, Pascal Corbel, Anne-Sophie COURTIER, Helena Haapio, Marc Fréchet, Sandrine HENNERON and Fabrice Lumineau.
David is the author of several leading papers on Law and Management, including “Legal Knowledge as an Intellectual Property Management Resource”, “Strategic Legal Bullying” and “Finding the Right Corporate Legal Strategy” (in collaboration with R. Bird). He is also the author of a handbook entitled “Business Law and Strategy” that we strongly recommend for US or international students interested in US law & Strategy.
Soili is Professor of Commercial Law and has been Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lapland since 2017. She has taught multiple courses in contract law, international sales law, contract design and negotiations, client consultation, and corporate social responsibility. She is also involved in the Proactive law movement.
