    About us
    Antoine Masson is a natural person which is collaborating with the Association Française Droit et Management (AFD&M) to develop a website dedicated to the Law & Management approach.

    Personal data that we collect about you
    Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We collect, use, store and transfer the personal data that are mentioned on the front page of this form.
    By completing and returning the form you consent to the collection, use, transfer and retention of such data in the manner set forth below.

    How we use your personal data
    We will use your personal data to create an interactive map of the persons currently working in the field of Law & Management and to contact you about our activities. We may also transfer this information to any person interested to work in this field. Finally, these data will be transferred to the host of the website.

    Retention period
    We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In that effect, your consent will be considered as given for an initial period between the date of return of the form and December 31st of the same year.
    Every December 31st of each year, your consent will be considered as tacitly renewed for one year. However, in accordance with Article 13(2)(c) of the GDPR, you may withdraw this consent at any time, without that such withdrawal affects the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to this withdrawal.
