The Law and Management Research Network is proud to announce that David Orozco and Soili Nysten-Haarala have joined its scientific board. They will advise the network alongside our outstanding team of experts composed of Constance E Bagley, Gerlinde Berger-Walliser, Robert Bird, Pascal Corbel, Anne-Sophie COURTIER, Helena Haapio, Marc Fréchet, Sandrine HENNERON and Fabrice Lumineau.

David is the author of several leading papers on Law and Management, including “Legal Knowledge as an Intellectual Property Management Resource”, “Strategic Legal Bullying” and “Finding the Right Corporate Legal Strategy” (in collaboration with R. Bird). He is also the author of a handbook entitled “Business Law and Strategy” that we strongly recommend for US or international students interested in US law & Strategy.

Soili is Professor of Commercial Law and has been Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lapland since 2017. She has taught multiple courses in contract law, international sales law, contract design and negotiations, client consultation, and corporate social responsibility. She is also involved in the Proactive law movement.
